Donation & Refund Policy

All donations made to Sahem International Relief and Development Organization MTÜ are voluntary and act as non-refundable contributions allocated exclusively to further the organization's charitable, humanitarian, and relief missions internationally.

By making a donation, the donor acknowledges and agrees that 100% of the funds will be utilized legally to procure physical humanitarian commodities—including but not limited to medical supplies, food baskets, and emergency shelter equipment—from verified suppliers in stable jurisdictions (such as Egypt). These in-kind relief goods are formally delivered in direct partnership and cooperation with internationally accredited UN agencies, recognized official international organizations, and global institutions—including, but not limited to, UNICEF, CRS, and the Egyptian Red Crescent, among other officially recognized international bodies and United Nations agencies—for secure distribution to vulnerable families and children in developing regions, disaster-stricken areas, famine zones, and the most severely affected territories compliant with regulations.

As a registered non-profit organization (MTÜ) in Estonia, Sahem Organization maintains a strict no-refund policy on all charitable donations once the transaction is successfully processed. Because funds are immediately allocated toward procurement contracts and emergency humanitarian relief logistics, donations cannot be recalled or refunded.

An exception may only be reviewed under strict circumstances involving proven technical system errors or unauthorized duplicate transactions caused by the payment gateway. In such rare cases, the donor must contact us officially at ([email protected]) within fourteen (14) days from the transaction date. Approved technical corrections will be refunded back to the original payment method used.

Sahem Organization operates in full compliance with European Union Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CFT) regulations. All inbound funds undergo automated compliance screening.
